Hmm...  That likely means that the perl libraries weren't included in
the list of libraries that net-snmp-config is trying to link against.

Try this:

net-snmp-config --compile-subagent mysubagent nstAgentSubagentObject.c --with-ldflags=`net-snmp-config --agent-libs`

and see if that helps.

Be sure that you're using the same net-snmp-config that came from the
source code where your installed libraries came from.
