How to compile a mib into the agent

Hi, I tried following the instructions in the WiKi (i.e. ./configure .., make, make install) The agent that resulted in the install folder did not include my mib implementation. The much smaller agent that resulted in the original build directory did have it though. What am I doing wrong?
