Pls help

Is there anyone out there who can give me a clue how to configure Net-SNMP
on Win2003.

My aim is to read from an external environment monitor and run a batch file
if the temperature is over limit.

'snmptranslate -IR -Td IF-MIB::linkDown' test is successful.

Register Agent &
Register Trap Service
Both install services successfully.

But what to do next?


All of the documentation and tutorials I can find seem to be written for
Linux not Windows.  Doesn't make much sense to a Windows tech like myself.
