regarding handling of " EINTR" in "receive()" function in "snmpd.c"

Hi All,

I have a doubt regarding handling of " EINTR" in
"receive()" function in "snmpd.c"

Why does it required to handle the this Interrupt ?

what will be impact if I will not remove i.e.
stop Handling it ?

Does any Basic functionalities get effected ?

The way I handling ?
