All of them, assuming you built with the agent support turned on (it's
on by default, but there is a configure switch to turn it off).

They should be in the libnetsnmpmibs library.

Me neither.  Your source is either configured improperly or you're
building on an odd system.  We'd have to hear more about your setup.
Like run:

  ./config.status --version

And report the results, along with the OS you're using.
