snmp v3 get fails"snmpget: Unknown host (v) (Resource temporarily unavailable)"

Hi,

I am getting error if I enter the following command:

snmpget  -c NETMAN v 3 -t 30 -e 8000081c044653 -E 8000081c044654 -u proxyuser1  -l noAuthNoPriv  -m /home/swagatika/isstestsuite/snmp_mibtest/mibs/fscfa.mib 12.0.0.1 ifMainAdminStatus.34
snmpget: Unknown host (v) (Resource temporarily unavailable)


I tried to do a anmpbulkwalk which also resulted in error.

snmpbulkwalk -c NETMAN v3 iso

I have configured ip address 12.0.0.1 for snmp proxy and 12.0.0.2 for snmp agent.


Is there any configuration missing or the command is wrong?
