What am I really measuring? Dual CPU Solaris

Hello I have a dual CPU Solaris 10 sparc machine, whose CPU I am monitoring. At the moment the OIDs I am querying are ssCpuRawUser.0&ssCpuRawUser.0, i.e. Total of System and User Processes. But which CPU's information is it giving me, or is it giving me the system's average CPU usage? If someone could enlighten me, I'd be very grateful.
