Yes I pinged the Window server from Solaris, and it is saying that the 
server is live. That means it is working fine.

This may^H^H^Hwill sound stupid, but have you tried pinging the Windows
server from the Solaris machine? Maybe the culprit isn't SNMP after all,
but the network...
