	When converting the v2c/v3 notification to a v1 trap, that '1' would be the specific trap (.1.3.6.1.4.1.8072.2.3 would be the trap OID, the '0' getting discarded according to the latest version of RFC2576 (which I'm too lazy to look up ATM))

	No.  Notifications are transient by nature, and preserving them is in the purvey of the NMS.  This *includes* informs, which can time out and be discarded without having been received (e.g. receiving host is down).
