Those look like IPv6 ports, rather than IPv4

The MIB table that you are querying is inherently IPv4 only.
So no - it won't include any IPv6 information.

Depending on how the agent has been compiled.
you may receive fuller information by querying the
object 'tcpConnectionState' instead.
