Hi:
I use the API "send_v2trap(netsnmp_variable_list * vars)" ,it can send a trap according to your configuration(v1, v2 & v3).
But when i use the command line "snmptrap -v 3 -a MD5 -A password1 -x DES -X password2 -l authPriv -u osuser -e 0x010203040506 192.168.1.102 0 linkUp.0", it works well.
