I have found out where the problem is. The older version of net-snmp (5.3) doesn't have the function "shutdown_snmp_logging". When I compile, I got the following error: warning: implicit declaration of function shutdown_snmp_logging Warnings are treated as errors in my make. I added the header file: #include <net-snmp/library/snmp_logging.h>, it didn't work either.
