dskPercentNode is  read only object type, so you cannot modify it.

From UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt file:

    SYNTAX      Integer32
    MAX-ACCESS  read-only
    STATUS      current
    DESCRIPTION
        "Percentage of inodes used on disk"
    ::= { dskEntry 10 }
