error about libnetsnmpagent.la

Hello!
While I install the NET-SNMP,I firstly copy the net-snmp-5.4.1.tgz to /home/mark.
 
Then I "tar" it.
Thirdly, a new directory "net-snmp"  was made in /usr/local.
Afeter thses,I ran "./configur --prefix=/usr/local/net-snmp";
and ran "make",
and the problem came out(I copied all the information):
