this is not a command

if your are installing net-snmp from source code, at the time of executing
configure script provide below options

like

#./configure --prefix=/usr/local/new-net-snmp
--exec-prefix=/usr/local/new-net-snmp

In case of RPMs use the same options
--prefix  /usr/local/new-net-snmp

Please read README  or INSTALL files from net-snmp sources
