HOST-RESOURCE::hrSWInstalledTable

HI All,
I am using Net-SNMP 5.4.2.1.
I want to get the list of installed software but hrSWInstalledTable is empty when I run snmpwalk command.
My question is: Who will fill the hrSWInstalledTable?
Its me or already implemented by the Net-SNMP.
