There is an existing implementation, but it's optional. to find out if you have it, run this command on the system that hosts the master agent (the net-snmp-config command must be from the same build as the master agent): $ net-snmp-config --snmpd-module-list | tr [:blank:] '\n' | grep host/hr_sw If not, you'll need to rebuild with --with-mib-modules="host/hr_swinst, host/hr_swrun" (or just -with-mib-modules="host") to get the functionality. If you do have the modules, check your access control.
