No.
"enable-mini-agent" removes *everything* but the core essentials
from the agent.  If you want particular MIB modules included,
then you need to explicitly add these again.

Try something like:

 ./configure --enable-mini-agent --with-defaults
      --with-out-transports="Callback Unix TCP"
      --with-out-perl-modules
      --with-mib-modules="ucd_snmp"
