Looking for a MIB pretty printer

I *swear* I've done this with Net-SNMP tools before but I can't find the right program or options now. I have a MIB description and I want to print a OID tree from it without having a device to reference/access with snmpwalk or whatever. If there a Net-SNMP tool for that? If not, can you recommend something?
