ERROR: You don't have the SNMP perl module installed.

I installed netsnmp 5.3.0.1 successfully in sunOs [ 2.10 ] . BUt while
running mib2c getting the error mentioned in the subject line.
 
Steps followed to install net-snmp 5.3.0.1
