Unfortunately, I do. This is a problem with changes to the RPM library API, which is used for retrieving the list of installed software. Current releases of Fedora use RPM v4 The hr_swinst.c code was developed using an earlier (incompatible) API - probably v3. This is an issue that has been biting me more and more recently, and is something that I need to sort out for the upcoming releases. I'll add this to the agent for tonight's admin meeting.
