Hi all, I have an old system that must remain at RHEL 4x64. After downloading the source from net-snmp.org, and upon running make I get; /usr/lib/libopt.so: could not read symbols: File in wrong format. Reading some posts suggest I do; autoreconf -f -i so that I can re generate a config file so that its for 64 bits. While other posts suggest that I should download the latest SRPMS from Redhat or Centos and attempt a recompile on my old system. I need the features found in snmp 5.3.1 or greater, mainly for diskio and network io via snmp. Whats the best course of action? Thanks in advance, - aurf ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Download Intel® Parallel Studio Eval Try the new software tools for yourself.
