net-snmp 5.5 and osx 10.4.11

Hi,

Has any one been able to compile net-snmp 5.5 in 10.4?

I keep getting;

arning: no debug map in executable (-arch i386)

ranlib: archive member: .libs/libnetsnmpagent.a(DynaLoader.a) fat file  
for cputype (7) cpusubtype (3) is not an object file (bad magic number)

ar: internal ranlib command failed

Any ideas?
