traps not received when snmptrapd is in a folder other than /apps

Hi All,

I am using net-snmp-5.3.0.1 and i have compiled net-snmp for snmptrapd
succesfully.

Now when I run snmptrapd inside apps/ folder then i can see the traps.
command i give is
./snmptrapd -c /tmp/snmptrad.conf -Lf /tmp/snmptrapLog.txt

but incase copy snmptrapd to another loaction say /tmp and then run, then i
get errors as in attached pics

any clue why?
