Thanks Dave.. NMP trap for power supply should be as following. 0.000000 10.15.154.149 -> 10.15.7.22 SNMP TRAP-V2 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0 1.3.6.1.4.1.7684.2.5.6.1 But trap which master agent(snmpd) sends is as follows 61.234351 10.15.154.149 -> 10.15.7.22 SNMP TRAP-V2 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3.0 1.3.6.1.6.3.1.1.4.1.0 This means we are losing the oid for the cause. Could you have any idea why this is happening? I think this is because of the error 197. You haven't even said what commands you are running, or what program is generating this message.
