What objects are you querying to trigger these errors?
(I presume they are being generated by the agent,
 though you haven't actually said so).

What happens if you comment out the entry

   proc sshd 30 0

and restart the agent?
Do the errors go away.

Things are clearly picking up the MIB files OK.
