Ok. I understand this version does not come with Etherlike-MIB.

But I thought I could start with any MIB file (from an RFC, or proprietary)
and generate stubs. For now, let me ask you: how do I use EtherLike-MIB.txt
to generate .c and .h, even if they are only stubs ? ( and I have to
implement the code, understood)

I thought that mib2c does that, and is invoked with ./configure when the MIB
is exported.
