I cant attach the output because of NDA issues. Try running mib2c against a standard MIB. Do you get a similar-looking code template? If so, post that, and maybe we can suggest what's going wrong. Otherwise you'll probably have to hire a consultant under suitable NDA terms. This is a volunteer-supported project, and we cannot provide advice based on effectively no information.
