I have one more question on BITS (hoping this is the last one). The MIB
lists the default value as:
The default value for lldpPortConfigTLVsTxEnable object is
empty set, which means no enumerated values are set.
....
DEFVAL { { } }
What is the "empty set" in terms of code? Is it all 0's? If you don't set
anything, then is there a risk of having a garbage value in the storage for
the table?
