You can download a stable version of Net-SNMP from sunfreeware.com for Solaris 9. You might run into bugs with the Net-SNMP version that comes with Solaris 10 as often the agent version they chose to include is quite old / buggy. At the last job where I worked closely with Solaris 10 we ended up having to upgrade every host to the sunfreeware.com build as the SMA version behaved poorly (Sun had included 5.0.9), especially (and ironically) with Solaris zones.
