By default, "snmpwalk" will only walk the standard MIB subtree "mib2". Try snmpwalk -c public -v 2c 192.168.1.101 .1 > /tmp/apc{1,2} to see _everything_, or snmpwalk -c public -v 2c 192.168.1.101 .1.3.6.1.4.1.318 > /tmp/apc{1,2} to see the APC-specific information.
