After compared the modules loaded on the two machines one module by one module, I have the following finding:
The machine with link traps working is loaded with less MIB modules.
The machine with link traps not working is loaded with the following additional MIB modules:SMUX-MIBAGENTX-MIBSNMP-PROXY-MIBRMON-MIBSNMPv2-CONFDISMAN-SCRIPT-MIBNET-SNMP-TCSNMP-USM-AES-MIBIF-INVERTED-STACK-MIBSNMP-USM-DH-OBJECTS-MIBHCNUM-TC
etc
Is there a way to specify exactly which MIB modules to be loaded when starting the agent? And how to do that? I just wonder if that will solve the puzzle.
ThanksXuan

Both machines are loaded with same modules, but in different order.
