Regarding agent address in traps

Hi All, This is regarding agent address in the V21 Traps. Why is that there is no agent address in the V2 Traps? There should be a reason why the address is sent across in V1 traps , if so , why it is removed in the V2 Traps? We all know there is no acknowledgment for V1 Traps and the same is true with V2 traps , except Informs I guess. So how to implement Informs?
