You can use net-SNMP library for this. It provides some sample working code for all get,getnext,set and walk. 
You can use that for your purpose. It is written in C, so you can use C++ as well for this purpose.

  Hello all member,

  If I want my manager to send Net_SNMP get/set within C++ code, what APIs or library should I use? Is it in Net-SNMP source code folder?  If so,Is there any code example -" how can my manager sends get/set request to a client?" Or should I look for a third party c++ APIs ?
