Net-SNMP 5.4.3, which will be released shortly, compiles fine with MSVC 6,
MSVC 2005 and MSVC 2008 (but not yet with MSVC 2010). Source code of the
release candidate can be found here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/net-snmp/files/.
