What does "x:" in generated c files mean?

I notice this in my generated .c/.h using mib2c. What does it mean?
 /*
     * DUMMY markers, ignore
     *
     * TODO:099:x: *************************************************************
     * TODO:199:x: *************************************************************
     * TODO:299:x: *************************************************************
     * TODO:399:x: *************************************************************
     * TODO:499:x: *************************************************************
     */

There is a key, but it does not include x:

Key:
  :o: Optional
  :r: Recommended
  :M: Mandatory
  :A: Advanced users
