We have this problem of duplicate interfaces as well. And we find
it fairly objectionable.
Does anyone know if there's already a bug filed for the problem?
I spent some time searching and didn't see one.
Also, if anyone wants to point me to an approximate area of code that
would deal with interfaces coming and going, I'd be happy to see if
I can make any sense of it. (Long time coder, but haven't spent
much time in net-snmp code -- and been fairly baffled when I *was*
in there.)
