snmpd loops (mremap)

I'm running Debian etch on an x86_64 box, I get the following problem with
net-snmp 5.2.3-7etch4,

I use snmpwalk, It responsed timeout.

I google it, then I found this,
http://networking.itags.org/networking-tech/15604/   It said it's a bug, and
it have been fixed.

But why I still got this problem, There are some nfs mount on my box and
some of them are down.  Does this cause the problem ?
