Where is the MIB file located? Check the token at the start of the file for the proper name of the MIB (The standard notification MIB is called "SNMP-NOTIFICATION-MIB") Check the object definition itself for the proper name of the object. Make sure that "snmptranslate" is happy with the name you are using, before trying with "snmptrap".
