What happens if you omit this particular varbind from the command?
i.e.
/usr/bin/snmptrap 10.201.1.180:162 ' ' 1.3.6.1.4.1.7684.2.5.0.10
NOTIFICATION-MIB:Port i 1 NOTIFICATION-MIB:epOperStatus i 1 ?
