You should use "tsm" there not "ksm".

It's entirely possible that due to recent large changes needed because
the final RFCs came out for the TLS and TSM specifications that the ssh
support is no longer working correctly too.  That last message may be
indicating this actually.  As I said, I haven't tried it in 6 months or
so.
