No, TSM is a generic "tunnel" security model that supports both SSH and
TLS.

You might try the TLS tutorial, which I suspect will work fine, and then
we'll need to look into SSH.  Unfortunately, I'm sure that the SSH
transport needs work at this point because of recent
(standards-required) changes to the TSM module.
