Thanks for your reply, I tried that before, it will print the quotes if we give 
sysDescr " "
 
If we try passing the empty string it will get the kernel version which is not acceptable in our case.

  In snmpd.conf, add the following directive:

sysDescr " "

  Hopefully whitespace counts the same as "blank" in your application.
You can try an empty string, too.
