What will be value of macro "NETSNMP_ACCESS_ARP_IPADDR_BUF_SIZE" in 
following structure

As this macro depends on version of ip address as defined in 
"include/data_access/arp.h"

_/As macro are compile time entities./_

There are other structure also available which has similar macro for 
size of IP Address.
