If there's a parameter such as "localhost" or "localhost:161", then delete this and restart the agent. By default, the agent will listen on the standard port on all available interfaces. But if you explicitly specify a list of ports, then it will only listen on those. I don't use Ubuntu myself, so I don't know how this is configured there.
