Hi, I had installed net-snmp-5.5 on Windows and am using Cygwin to add a new MIB module and compile it. I had *added* the new MIB file MY-MIB.txt to */usr/share/snmp/mibs* and then *loaded* the MIB by running *$ **MIBS=MY-MIB;export MIBS* Then using mib2c tool , I had generated both *.C and .h file* Then I placed both the .*h and .c files *under* **agent/mibgroup/* directory Next, to configure the package to find them and compile them into the agent, I tried running *$ ./configure**--with-mib-modules="myMib"*** Location to write persistent information (/var/net-snmp): setting Location to write persistent information to... /var/net-snmp checking if I need to feed myself to ksh... no checking for grep that handles long lines and -e... /usr/bin/grep checking for egrep... /usr/bin/grep -E checking for grep that handles long lines and -e... (cached) /usr/bin/grep checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c checking whether ln -s works... yes checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... no checking for a sed that does not truncate output... /usr/bin/sed checking for file... no *configure: error: file program not found although it is needed by libtool.* But its throwing an error as above, before throwing this error it asks for a set of options, for which I just pressed enter. Please help me compile this MIB.
