But it looks suspiciously as if you forgot the instance subidentifier. Remember that you need to ask for snmpget .... FERRARI-ELECTRONIC-MIB::Productname.0 when retrieving a scalar object. (And suitable index value(s) when retrieving a table object). It's almost as if the subagent has crashed. (It might be easier to follow if you give the original request using otpions such as '-r 0 -t 60'.
