If you do need to reload the external information *every* time, then remove the "if (tlist == NULL)" check from the get_first routine. But be aware that this will probably be VERY inefficient, since you'll be re-loading the complete table data for *every* incoming request. Not for each 'snmpwalk' command, but for every 'GETNEXT' request - i.e. each individual object. You might find it sensible to use the cache helper to handle loading (and re-loading) the table data. That way, you can control how long the cache is kept valid, and balance the overheads involved with the up-to-dateness of the data.
