ok, actually it's no success message. I mean the output:
adding the following line to /var/lib/net-snmp/snmpd.conf:
   createUser nagios AuNg6ud4thaiK8EJ "MD5" AuNg6ud4thaiK8EJ DES
adding the following line to /usr/share/snmp/snmpd.conf:
   rouser nagios

the password I've set is actually 16 chars long, just didn't want to
write it here
