Not quite sure why they'd want to use noAuthNoPriv > anyway, but it's good to test in any case. The main advantage of SNMPv3 over SNMPv2c is the addition of security. So using noauth has all the additional complexity of SNMPv3, without actually taking advantage of the main advantage!
